The 2020 Windward Emergency Preparedness Fair

The Windward Emergency Preparedness Fair will be held on May 16 at the Windward Mall in Kaneohe. The Fair will open at 10 AM and close at 2 PM.

Participants exhibiting at the fair are expected to be first responders, American Red Cross, County department of Emergency Management and many others. Plans are still being formulated. Any organization involved in Emergency Preparedness in Koolaupoko is welcome to participate.

This is your chance to inform the public about your activities.

Meeting scheduled March 7, 2019, 1p.m. – 2p.m.

  • Notify Management about the number of Steering Committee Members attending the meeting.
  • Cost/ Fee to use Windward Mall Facility
  • Map out exhibits – inside and outside of Mall
  • Estimate the number of tables and chairs for vendors
  • Stage/ Microphone/Speakers, etc.
  • Liability Insurance, Any additional requirements from Mall Management?
  • Other items?
