KEPAR is a 501(C)3 non-profit corporation dedicated to making Koolaupoko (Windward Oahu) more resilient in response to any emergency or disaster.
Any community group can bring a project proposal to KEPAR and when their project is accepted KEPAR will help them fund their project. A project submittal will be complete with a description of the project broken down into the steps required to complete the project, the name and contact information of the person responsible for carrying out the project, a list of crew members who will carry out the project and a line item budget which defines the project cost.
Donations to KEPAR are tax exempt.
